Hello, hello Friend! Happy New Year!

2023 was an amazing year for Vitalia Inc. In addition to having the opportunity to collaborate with many talented interior designers and architects, our team evolved to keep pace with the growing needs of our clients and the business. 

My word for 2023 was 'team', and true to that spirit, we welcomed two talented individuals who perfectly complement our vision and mission. 2024 promises big energy and even greater achievements, and I am proud to share with you the people of Vitalia Inc.

Beata – Window Treatment Specialist

This lady right here? The strongest woman I know. 💪 If you know Beata, you know exactly what I mean. Beata is not only a powerhouse on install and measurement appointments, but she's also our window treatment specialist extraordinaire. With over 20 years of experience, Beata is a walking window treatment dictionary. From fabrics to hardware, she knows it all. Designers love her for the insight she provides, guiding them to choose the perfect window treatment while avoiding potential challenges. Beata's unmatched customer service and attention to detail make her the backbone of our team.

Trish - General Manager

Trish was one of our new additions last year, joining the team in July. Bringing over 20 years of corporate project and change management experience, Trish is our General Manager. She runs day-to-day operations with a focus on clear communication and shared expectations. Trish's goal is to drive efficiency and accuracy in all our processes, valuing each team member's and customer's time.

Lenny - Lead Installer

Meet Lenny, our Lead Installer, and Window Fashion Vision 20 Under 40 Award winner! Lenny's dedication to providing the highest level of service is unparalleled. With 15 years of construction and facilities management experience, Lenny is not just an installer; he's an innovative craftsman who takes pride in delivering stellar products and outstanding customer service. No job is too big, no challenge is insurmountable for this ever-positive go-getter!

Jordan - Junior Window Treatment Specialist

Jordan is our newest member of Vitalia, Inc, and joined our team just a few days ago on January 3rd 2024 as our Junior Window Treatment Specialist! A dynamic professional with a strong background in customer service, design and art, Jordan brings a fresh perspective to our team. Her keen eye for design and attention to detail will ensure that every project is executed to the best of her abilities to create stunning and functional products.

Lisa - Office Administrator

With over 30 years of customer service and project management experience, Lisa is the hub of our administrative operations. As our Office Administrator, she ensures our day-to-day tasks run like a well-oiled machine, supporting both the General Manager and the Window Treatment Specialist. Our former General Manager, Lisa transitioned into this role last fall, so she could spend more time with her precious grandbaby.

Boris - Lead Fabricator

Boris and I go way back - he was the first member of my team I brought on board in 2019!

Behind the scenes, and absolutely vital, meet Boris - my OG team member and the talented hands behind our beautiful window treatments. Originally from Ukraine, Boris brings 30+ years of custom sewing experience. He's been with me from the beginning, and his calm energy and skilled craftsmanship are the foundation of our workroom.

Oksana - Fabricator

Joining us in 2022 “off the boat” from Ukraine, Oksana is our newly budding workroom rock star. Under Boris’s tutelage, with her attention to detail, and eagerness to be of service, she creates the most beautiful custom window treatments and soft furnishings for our clients. We're lucky to have her, and our clients love her beautiful craftsmanship.

Lina - Bookkeeper

Tight control and constant monitoring of the purse strings are crucial for success. Lina, our Bookkeeper, ensures the money flows in and out of our business seamlessly. Prioritizing financial stability, she plays a vital role in our team.

Stephanie - Marketing Coordinator

Marketing both online and offline takes effort and organization. Stephanie, with over 10 years of digital marketing and social media experience, keeps Vitalia Inc current in the ever-changing landscape of digital media.

Vita - Owner, CEO

And in case we haven't yet met, hello, hello, Friend! I'm Vitalia, but you can call me Vita. I was born and raised in Ukraine, and I came to America via a Rotary Exchange program when I was 15 years old. I started my window treatment business in 2006 after 10 years in corporate America, to pursue my dream of being an entrepreneur.

In 2018, I made the decision to scale my business and started building my team, which allowed me to double my business (while working fewer hours!). Over the past five years, Vitalia Inc has grown to a team of 10 talented professionals, who I am proud to work aside with.

Now that you know who we are, you might be wondering what we do.

Vitalia Inc is an all-inclusive measurement, fabrication, installation, and project management company. Think of us as an extension of your team, focusing on soft and hard furnishings, including window treatments, bedding, upholstery, blinds, shades, shutters, and motorization.

We are not like other workrooms. At Vitalia Inc, our systems driven processes and project management system allow us to provide an elevated level of service. We handle every aspect of window treatments and soft furnishings for interior designers, architects, and builders.
