Philadelphia Upholstery: Before & After Gallery
Upholstery - super popular for a reason! In an era of continued long lead times, upcycling and transforming furniture with good bones is often the better choice.
We've had the pleasure and honor of doing some pretty spectacular projects this year - here are a few of our favorites!
Chair & Ottoman
Before - in need of a little love and care
After! A beautiful collaboration with the talented Paige Brady Design
With a little love, a reupholstered chair can be better than new – no 6+ month lead time! We added feathers to the existing cushion, and reupholstered in a new fabric.
Arm Chair
Before - this chair had seen better days!
Ta-da! Can you believe it's the same chair?! Collaboration with Jenn R.
Talk about a transformation! We stripped the existing fabric and replaced it with a beautiful velvet. We also replaced the foam insert in the cushion, back, and arms - as good as new!
Two-Piece Sectional
Big or small, we can handle any reupholstery project. This two-piece sectional got a royal makeover, with new foam for the cushions, new feather down casing for the back cushions, and we replaced the fabric and added a contrast welt.
Dining Room Chairs
This dining room renovation by the fabulous Henck Design was for a Philadelphia professional athlete and featured in Mainline Today!
This was a project to remember! We updated the chairs by reupholstering with a stunning patterned fabric from Lee Jofa on the back. We added foam to the seat and back and recovered with a perfectly coordinating fabric from Mitchell.
Not only did we reupholster the chairs, but we also installed the velvet drapes. Is this a jaw-dropping transformation, or what?!
You can see more in Mainline Today! Henck Design did an incredible job updating this home, and it was featured on the cover. It was pretty cool to see these lovely clients and this dining room on the cover when we got our copy. Congrats Christina and team!
