Our New Hampshire Project: Phase 2

Hello, hello, Friend! Last month, Lenny, Beata, and I traveled back to New Hampshire with uber talented designer Lynn Hofer for Phase 2 of the install at our New Hampshire Project. Do you remember Phase 1?

Last Fall, we installed a ton of beautiful window treatments, custom beds, and upholstery. You can read all about it here.

This install was much smaller than the first…and just as beautiful. Hancock, NH is absolutely gorgeous in the Fall.

Did you know we are not only available, but happy to take on projects outside the Philadelphia tri-state area? It’s true.

Anyway, back to this project.

This time around, we focused on the stairwell landing and foyer with valances and then headed back into the sunroom for some custom cushions and rod-to-rod sheers on the doors.

In the landing, we installed some lovely mock London valances. Have you heard of this particular treatment? A London valance is a top treatment with a prominent pouf that has a tailed section on each side. You can read more about London valances and shades here. Under the valances are some motorized Hunter Douglas Shades.

This same style of valance with a pretty tassel fringe was also installed in the foyer.

The sunroom doors now offer privacy without blocking all the light, with the rod-to-rod sheers.

And, we can’t forget the beautiful cushions and pillows in the sunroom!

We’re not finished with this project quite yet - we’ll be back for Phase 3, which will include more treatments for the house and the barn, and a few upholstery projects.
